The Section's former practice of providing each licensee or registrant with a copy of the regulations free of charge is no longer practical. Therefore, we must charge for the copies to recover the cost of printing, mailing, etc. The PER COPY costs of the regulations are:

electronic version of the Regulations does not exempt licensees
and registrants from maintaining a "hard copy" at their place of
business.
