15A NCAC 11 .1320          PARTICLE ACCELERATORS

No licensee shall permit above‑ground testing of particle accelerators, designed for use in well‑logging, which results in the production of radiation, except in areas of facilities controlled or shielded so that the applicable requirements of Rules .1604 and .1611 of this Chapter are met.
