15A NCAC 11 .1317          SECURITY

During each logging or tracer application, the logging supervisor or other designated employee of the licensee shall maintain direct surveillance of the operation to protect against unauthorized or unnecessary entry into a restricted area, as defined in Section .0100 of this Chapter.
