15A NCAC 11 .0329 SPECIFIC LICENSES: LUMINOUS SAFETY DEVICES IN AIRCRAFT An application for a specific license to manufacture, assemble, or repair luminous safety devices containing tritium or promethium‑147 for use in aircraft, for distribution to persons generally licensed under Rule .0311 of this Section will be approved subject to the following conditions: (1) the applicant satisfies the general requirements specified in Rule .0317 of this Section; and (2) the applicant satisfies the requirements of Sections 32.53, 32.54, 32.55, 32.56, and 32.101 of 10 CFR Part 32 or their equivalent.
