At that time, standards were developed for other non-Federal radon proficiency programs that list or certify radon measurement, mitigation service providers and/or analytical service providers.</font></p> <p align="justify" class="body"><font face="Times New Roman" size="2">The agencies listed below meet the EPA guidelines for developing a certification program.
