| Escalated Enforcement Actions | The Radioactive Materials Branch evaluates ALL
inspection reports against the Section's Enforcement Program. The goal of the
enforcement program is to protect the public health and safety of workers and the general
public and to protect the environment. Once an action (civil penalty, suspension,
modification, revocation) has occurred, that information is posted to the DRP website.
